SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; FINDINGS.

SEC. 2. REQUIRING USE OF ANALYTIC CONTRACTORS IN IDENTIFYING AND ANALYZING MISVALUED MEDICARE PHYSICIAN SERVICES AND ANNUAL REVIEW OF POTENTIALLY MISVALUED CODES UNDER MEDICARE FEE SCHEDULE.
