SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. PRESERVATION OF DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ON INCIDENTS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN THE MILITARY.
