SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO MILITARY DEATH GRATUITIES DURING FUNDING GAP IMPACTING THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE OR DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY.
