SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. GLASS-STEAGALL REVIVED.

SEC. 3. REPEAL OF GRAMM-LEACH-BLILEY ACT PROVISIONS.

SEC. 4. REPORTS TO THE CONGRESS.
