SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. DEBBIE SMITH GRANTS FOR AUDITING SEXUAL ASSAULT EVIDENCE BACKLOGS.

SEC. 3. SEXUAL ASSAULT FORENSIC EVIDENCE REGISTRY.

SEC. 4. REPORT ON BEST PRACTICES FOR TESTING AND USE OF DNA EVIDENCE.

SEC. 5. REPORTS TO CONGRESS.
