Mr. BASS of New Hampshire (for himself and Mr. MATHESON) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committees on Veterans' Affairs and Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To guarantee that military funerals are conducted with dignity and respect.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY.

SEC. 3. AMENDMENT TO TITLE 18.

`Sec. 1388. Prohibition on disruptions of funerals of members or former members of the armed forces

SEC. 4. AMENDMENT TO TITLE 38.

`Sec. 2413. Prohibition on certain demonstrations and disruptions at cemeteries under control of the National Cemetery Administration and at Arlington National Cemetery
