SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. EXEMPTION OF BLOOD GLUCOSE SELF-TESTING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FURNISHED BY SMALL RETAIL COMMUNITY PHARMACIES FROM MEDICARE COMPETITIVE ACQUISITION PROGRAMS AND PRICING.
