To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide individual and corporate income tax relief and to extend 100 percent bonus depreciation, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. REDUCTION IN CORPORATE INCOME TAX RATES.

SEC. 3. ZERO PERCENT CAPITAL GAINS RATE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS.

SEC. 4. ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF BONUS DEPRECIATION AND 100 PERCENT EXPENSING FOR CERTAIN BUSINESS ASSETS.
