SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. PERMISSIVE EXCLUSION FROM FEDERAL HEALTH CARE PROGRAMS EXPANDED TO INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES AFFILIATED WITH SANCTIONED ENTITIES.
