To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the medical device tax, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF MEDICAL DEVICE TAX.

SEC. 2. RESCISSION OF UNSPENT FEDERAL FUNDS TO OFF SET LOSS IN REVENUES.
