A BILL

To prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from authorizing the use of gasoline containing greater than 10-percent ethanol in certain vehicles, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. NO AUTHORITY FOR GASOLINE BLENDS WITH GREATER THAN 10-PERCENT ETHANOL.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF CURRENT WAIVERS.
