SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. AMENDMENT TO THE HOMELAND SECURITY ACT OF 2002.

`SEC. 890A. IMMUNITY FOR REPORTS OF SUSPECTED TERRORIST ACTIVITY OR SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR AND RESPONSE.
