A BILL
To reinstate the requirement that firearms dealers comply with the
Freedom of Information Act by providing information about firearms purchasers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `People's Right to Know Act'.
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF FOIA LIMITATION.
Section 644 of the Treasury and General Government Appropriations Act, 2003
(Public Law 108-7, div. J) is repealed.
