To amend title 38, United States Code, to require that employers of members of the National Guard and the reserve components of the Armed Forces who are called to active duty continue to offer health care coverage for dependents of such members, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF EMPLOYER HEALTH CARE COVERAGE FOR ENTIRE PERIOD OF ABSENCE FOR DEPENDENTS OF NATIONAL GUARDSMEN AND RESERVISTS CALLED TO ACTIVE DUTY.

SEC. 3. REQUIREMENT FOR GOVERNMENT REIMBURSEMENT FOR EMPLOYER SHARE OF HEALTH CARE PREMIUMS.
