SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. ASSURANCE OF ASSISTANCE FOR LOW-INCOME BENEFICIARIES IN MEDICARE SAVINGS PROGRAMS UNDER MEDICARE PRESCRIPTION DRUG DISCOUNT CARD AND TRANSITIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

SEC. 3. ASSURANCE OF ASSISTANCE FOR LOW-INCOME BENEFICIARIES IN MEDICARE SAVINGS PROGRAMS UNDER QUALIFIED PRESCRIPTION DRUG COVERAGE.
