A BILL

To amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to promote secure and healthy families under the temporary assistance to needy families program, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.

SEC. 2. PROMOTING SECURE AND HEALTHY FAMILIES FUND.

State (as defined in section 403(a)(2)(C)(iii)) for calendar years 1996 through 2005'.

SEC. 3. EQUITABLE TREATMENT FOR ALL FAMILIES.
