To require equitable coverage of prescription contraceptive drugs and devices, and contraceptive services under health plans.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 3. AMENDMENTS TO THE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT INCOME SECURITY ACT OF 1974.
