A BILL

To amend the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act to include provisions relating to the payment and administration of gaming fees, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. PAYMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF GAMING FEES.

`(aa) exceeds the amounts necessary to meet the requirements of clauses (i) and (ii) of subsection (b)(2)(B) and clause (ii) of this subparagraph, if applicable; and

`(bb) is in accordance with regulations promulgated by the Secretary under subparagraph (C); and

the Secretary in accordance with paragraph (8) shall remain in effect for up to 180 days after expiration of the Tribal-State compact if--
