To amend the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003 to eliminate the coverage gap, to eliminate HMO subsidies, to repeal health savings accounts, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

TITLE I--IMPROVEMENT OF MEDICARE PRESCRIPTION DRUG BENEFIT

SEC. 101. ELIMINATION OF COVERAGE GAP.

TITLE II--ELIMINATION OF HMO SUBSIDIES

SEC. 201. ELIMINATION OF MA REGIONAL PLAN STABILIZATION FUND.

SEC. 202. ELIMINATION OF PREMIUM SUPPORT DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM.

TITLE III--REPEAL OF HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS
