To amend the National Maritime Heritage Act of 1994 to reaffirm and revise the designation of America's National Maritime Museum, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION AND REVISION OF DESIGNATION OF AMERICA'S NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM UNDER THE NATIONAL MARITIME HERITAGE ACT OF 1994.

`SEC. 9A. DESIGNATION OF AMERICA'S NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM.

SEC. 3. REPEAL OF SUPERSEDED LAW.
