SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. WAIVER OF EMPLOYEE PORTION OF SOCIAL SECURITY TAXES ON INDIVIDUALS DIAGNOSED AS HAVING CANCER OR A TERMINAL DISEASE.
