SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF TSUNAMI SENSORS.

SEC. 3. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON GLOBAL TSUNAMI DETECTION AND WARNING.

SEC. 4. NETWORK OF NATIONS POTENTIALLY AFFECTED BY TSUNAMIS.

SEC. 5. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
