To repeal the law that gags doctors and denies women information
and referrals concerning their reproductive health options.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Access to Reproductive Health Information Act'.
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF PROVISION.
Section 508(d) of division F of Public Law 108-447 is hereby repealed.
