SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. VIDEO RECORDING OF EXAMINATION AND TESTING OF FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION BY THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS, AND EXPLOSIVES.
