To reauthorize the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.

SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY.

SEC. 3. ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES.

SEC. 4. INCREASE IN AGGREGATE LOAN, GUARANTEE, AND INSURANCE AUTHORITY.

SEC. 7. TECHNOLOGY.

SEC. 8. TIED AID CREDIT FUND.

SEC. 9. EXPANSION OF AUTHORITY TO USE TIED AID CREDIT FUND.

Secretary of the Treasury shall submit to the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate a report on the successes, failures, and obstacles in reaching the agreement described in paragraph (1).
