To amend the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 to identify certain routes in New Mexico as part of the Ports-to-Plains Corridor, a high priority corridor on the National Highway System.

SECTION 1. IDENTIFICATION OF PORTS-TO-PLAINS HIGH PRIORITY CORRIDOR ROUTES IN NEW MEXICO.
