To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to facilitate the immigration
to the United States of certain aliens born in the Philippines or Japan who
were fathered by United States citizens.

Mr. INOUYE introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred
to the Committee on the Judiciary
A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to facilitate the immigration
to the United States of certain aliens born in the Philippines or Japan who
were fathered by United States citizens.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled, That section 204(f)(2)(A)(i)
of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1154(f)(2)(A)(i)) is amended--
(1) by inserting `(I)' after `born'; and
(2) by inserting after `subsection,' the following: `(II) in the Philippines
after 1950 and before November 24, 1992, or (III) in Japan after 1950 and
before the date of enactment of this subclause,'.
