bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science,
and Transportation
A BILL
To continue State management of the West Coast Dungeness Crab fishery.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF SUNSET PROVISION.
Section 203(i) of the Act entitled `An Act to approve a governing international
agreement between the United States and the Republic of Poland, and for other
purposes', approved November 13, 1998 (16 U.S.C. 1856 note), is repealed.
