For the relief of Frank Redendo.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. COMPENSATION FOR VACCINE-RELATED INJURY.
(a) WAIVER OF TIME LIMITATION- The time limitation set forth in section 2116(a)(1)
of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300aa-16(a)(1)) shall not apply
to a petition for compensation filed under section 2111 of that Act by Frank
Redendo of Carmel, New York, for injuries received as a result of a vaccine
administered in March, 1964.
(b) DEADLINE- Subsection (a) shall apply only to a petition filed not later
than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act.
