A BILL
To provide that Federal reserve banks and the Board of Governors
of the Federal Reserve System be covered under chapter 71 of title 5, United
States Code, relating to labor-management relations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Federal Reserve Labor-Management Relations Accountability
Act'.
SEC. 2. COVERAGE OF FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS AND THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF
THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM UNDER CHAPTER 71 OF TITLE 5, UNITED STATES CODE.
Section 7103(a)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting
`a Federal reserve bank, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System,'
after `the Government Printing Office,'.
