To amend title 35, United States Code, with respect to patent fees, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. FEES FOR PATENT SERVICES.

pilot program and submits a separate report on its analysis to the Director and the Congress that includes--

SEC. 3. ADJUSTMENT OF TRADEMARK FEES.

SEC. 4. CORRECTION OF ERRONEOUS NAMING OF OFFICER.

SEC. 5. PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE FUNDING.

SEC. 6. EFFECTIVE DATE, APPLICABILITY, AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISION.

States Code, as amended by this Act, shall apply only to--

SEC. 8. CLERICAL AMENDMENT.
