To increase the number of aliens who may receive certain nonimmigrant status during fiscal year 2004 and to require submissions of information by the Secretary of Homeland Security.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM NUMBERS OF H-2B NONIMMIGRANTS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2004.

SEC. 3. SUBMISSION TO CONGRESS OF INFORMATION REGARDING H-2B NONIMMIGRANTS.
