SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN AMOUNTS FROM INCOME FOR PURPOSES OF ELIGIBILITY FOR FEDERALLY ASSISTED LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROGRAMS.
